i had an abdominal hysterectomy 3 weaks ago,i had my uterus and cervix removed-my bladder ended up being cut as well (due to scar tissues that formed my uterus and bladder together) i still get some pretty annoying pain and i have a hard time to do #2 and it hurts my stomach area and on the sides of my pelvic/abdoman area is this normal- how long before the pain completely goes away? if u had your bladder damaged during a hysterectomy how long did it take to get back to normal bladder function and pain free free when u have to hold your pee. please help especially if u had a hysterectomy.

Hi, I have had a bad cold for the past month. Got it from my 2 year old nephew! Anyways, it started with stuffy nose and a huge head cold, a couple of weeks ago it went down to my chest and throat. Now I am having huge coughing fits (I cough and cough. Can't catch my breath and it's hard to relieve coughing. even with a drink or cough lozenges). The little brown streak it leaves behind might. But that is easily cleaned. As someone else noted they are a protected species and killing it could get you a fine. How to turn down a job after you've already accepted?

I was presented with a "Contingent" offer of employment to go to work for a company. If I take the job, it will require that my family and I would have to move. This company came to me out as I am already employed and enjoy the job that I have now. They are offering a salary that double if not almost triples what I am currently making. I've known this company for many years as I dealt with them as a customer, and honestly, I did not like the company from a customer's standpoint very much, but now to go work for them? Anyhow, they presented the offer to me almost three weeks ago and pressured me to make a fast decision. So due to the pressure, I agreed to take the job and signed on the dotted line. My potential start date is in 5 days and if I go, I will have to leave my family behind for approx. 6 months. I know that when I contact them to decline the offer, they are not going to be very happy as they are needing to fill this position very fast. Ok so i work for a bunch of psychos. quick story: i've been here a year, i do HR and purchasing, scheduling for construction type co. owned by two men and wife, office manager is one mans son, my new boss is other mans son. my old boss thought they were selling co. so he quit back in sept. i thought they were to so i had found a new job, went there was the accountant, discovered they dont pay all bills in full, and were operating in the red for over a year, decided not to take job. my old/current job offered me $1 more to stay so i did. They didn't end up selling co. Well my new boss (one of the owners sons) has lost his temper already (in less then a month!) and started screaming, cussing and calling me names. 2 hours later he came back apologized about his behavior, said it was unacceptable, etc. now being the ONLY FEMALE employee I am somehow responsible for cleaning the offices, and washing the gl doors to the building. well i had yesterday off. i came in today with a pile of paperwork and messages, and a note on the middle of my monitor from the wife saying she wants it cleaned daily! first thing! well i vacmed, i couldn't sweep cause she locked the broom in her office, and i forgot about gl. though i cleaned it later. She threatened to fire me over it! they gave me a raise to stay and now they treat me like crap! well ive been applying to jobs, but many havent closed yet, etc. there is a co. in town that will hire ANYBODY to answer phones in a call center for credit card point redemption, well they treat their employees bad, their turnover rate is high, they dont rehire once you quit, and many employers around town view them as not real work experience. But they will pay me the same as i make now, work around my college schedule, and offer overtime hours during holidays. If anyone keeps up with college football nowadays, you might have seen these stupid unsportsmanlike conduct penalties recently. Late period on birth control?

I'm currently a day late while on Yasmin. However its only my 4th month on the pill. I'm a little worried, but im wondering if its maybe because instead of finishing the full week of inactive pills, last night I started a new pack so that I could change the day of the week I got my period in future months. I have cut my fast food intake in half. Usually, it's very convenient for me to get fast food, but when I have time, I'll cook something at the house. I will start from the beginning, back in Oct/Nov i finished my pill, It took about 33 days for me to come on my period then the nxt mth 30 days, next mth 28 then last mth 25 days, as you can see the days to start my period were getting less and less. When should I move out of home?

Hi, I'm 21 and my partner is 23, we both live at home. She's finished college and I finish shortly, about to start full-time work. We've been dating for several years and intend to move out together. I'm really scared about it because neither of us can cook, wash, iron etc (my dad can't do any of these things, I don't live with my mom and my stepmom and I don't get along well so I'd never ask her to teach me these things) and we're going into professional careers working 60+hr weeks so we'll probably be exhausted and won't have time for any of it, but I think it's probably time we move out soon-ish (within next 2 years) so we can get a bit more privacy in our relationship and so we can be more independent. Singing and banging shower?

Morning everyone!I have a home that was built in 1957 that my husband and I have been working on (we just finished the electric). About 2 weeks ago, the shower in the master bathroom began singing when the hot water is on. (On a side note, the hot water knob is really loose all the sudden and I can't tighten it). We tried a new shower head, new washers and nothing is working. The singing goes on for almost 3 minutes each time the water is turned on. A couple days ago, the shower began banging, like someone knocking on the door (boom, boom boom), which lasts about 3-5 seconds. We've tried the trick of running all faucets at full blast to clear out air and draining out the sinks at the valves.It's the only plumbing we have in the entire house that has a problem, and that includes the bathroom sink that is less then 3 feet from the hot water knob. It's the bathroom furthest away from the main shut off. As me about drywall or tile and I can answer question after question ... but I'm at the end of my plumbing expertise. The bathroom is tile, so I want to exhaust every option before I start ripping the walls apart. Before I call in the professionals, can someone give me a suggestion? Thanks!

Today I came to play basketball at a school and at the school were many young teenagers just hanging out. As I was playing basketball, I noticed that many of the youngsters were throwing water balloons at one another, but I continued to play basketball minding my own business. As I was playing, one teenager went p me with a water balloon but suddenly threw that very balloon at me for no reason and ran off leaving a pair of shoes behind. I became furious and didn’t know what to do. What I ended up doing was picking up his shoes and throwing it down a little hill. I felt guilty and went to go pick up the shoe. I brought one shoe with me and continued to play basketball. A few minutes later a girl from the group came to apologize on his behalf but I didn’t accept and refused to return his shoes demanding an apology from the person who threw it at me. At this point God was definitely testing me on how would react in a certain situation like this. Overall the wrong person was I who threw the shoe over the fence because God wanted to test how I should have reacted in this situation . I gave the shoe back, but felt guilty for days and I cant stop thinking about what I did. Jesus once said that If one person slaps you in the right cheek let him hit the other side as well. I felt really immature because afterall it was just a water balloon, but instead I took it as a bullet shot. A wise person, unlike me would have not allow this situation to get out of hand, but I did and I feel so guilty, not because of what I did but by letting God and our lord Jesus Christ down. My response is confined to #1 and 2. Yes a migraine can cause temporary inability to see. I don't know if i would give a diagnosis of blindness. I think one protective measure you can take is to wear sungles year round. A buddy who happens to a neurologist explained to me most migraines are related to excess sunlight entering the brain via the eyes. It is possible that a migraine has a more serious cause that would warrant a neurological workup. I think those who think a migraine is just another headache should experience just one. I vomited during the early years when I had my onset of migraines. But, back to you: you should undergo testing of the brain and then your neurologist can make a treatment plan for your complaints. This needs to be attacked sooner than later.

My Momma is being a little difficult here. My kids and I visited her yesterday and she said she doesn't want me to do anything about their bickering/arguments in her house. My mom is just the opposite now because when my brother and I were little her and Dad hit us with a razor strap (big strip of leather) which I DO NOT do to my kids. My problem is that I work for a US company in California that has accepted a US address as my residence. (small apartment) They allow me to work remotely here in Australia. However, they don't want to establish a buisness office in Australia as they have very little buisness here and don't want to pay for the required licenses. Sort of a don't ask don't tell policy. However, since I live here I think I will have to pay Australian taxes and I'm already paying US taxes. If I change my legal residence to Australia with my company they have already said they will just lay me off. So I either pay taxes to both Australia and the US (104% of my income) or I have no income at all. Can I just continue to be a US resident for tax purposes? Who do I contact at the Australian tax office to sort this out?

How can I burn a dvd on my Macbook Pro to play on a DVD player?

I have a .avi file I want to burn to a DVD-R to play on a dvd player and an xbox 360. I tried to use the program Burn to convert the file then burn it, but it when I inserted the disc into my dvd player it said there's a 'disc error'. I then tried to play it my computer. The DVD player on my mac opened up but nothing played. I even made the program encode in MPEG2 because I read that the DVD player reads MPEG2 file formats from the DVD. Can anyone help me figure what I'm doing wrong? I've all ready wasted 3 discs and I'd rather not burn through another 15 just to find out how to get it right. Thanks!

I need help controlling my anger?

Ignore your family members when they start to get you mad. This means getting away from them so your anger won't trigger. This helped me, as i just zoned out, so I won't get angry. I would say, the best thing to do is to PREVENT yourself from becoming angry, before you do. Because sadly, when ANYONE is angry that is the only thing they think about, and they say and do stuff they don't actually mean. Remember how much your family do for you, and how much they love you. I mean, some parents would kick their kids out if they did this, but your parents didn't because they care and love about you. I know that wasn't what you were asking for, but i just wanted to include that. Another great way to not take out your anger on your parents, is to write letters to them, including all the things that you wanted to scream at them. This way, your anger will go out on paper. Later, after a day or so, if you're still angry then give it to them, but if NOT then read it and see how you were overreacting. Intend that you will send this paper to them so you can really let out your feelings. But wait a while or a day to give it to them, that way if you get calm, then you won't give it, saving a lot of unnecessarily hurt emotions. I do this, and know many others who do this. Another thing to do is listen to songs, and think of a funny event that happened to you, to cheer you up, or something your excited about. :) I heard screaming and beating a pillow also helps. The last advice is to play a sport, or a hobbie. This way your brain will get focused, and you could let your thoughts out calmly.

Has anyone used Baytril and had this side effect?

My cat had to take 2 weeks of oral baytril and I was worried she would become blind, but she did not become blind or anything like that. She did have some lethargy and diarrhea from the medicine but that may have also been from her illness. She was 6 months old at the time and her dosage was a bit more than what is recommended on various internet sites. I think it becomes dangerous when it is given for extended periods of time but you never know; reactions can depend on the animal.

Ball python aggression?

I recently bought a ball python from a local breeder and it seems pretty aggressive. Its a baby pastel ball python and i've had it for about a week and a half now. It was very calm and docile the first day i got it, the owner held it while we talked, i held it for a while, then my dad held it for about 15 minutes then put it in it's cage. I heard it was good to leave it be for a few days, so i waited about 4 days before trying to hold it. The problem that i'm having is that 80% of the time i come by the tank, my snake flicks its tale, then snaps at me through the gl. I still tried holding it after the four days, but after snapping at me twice, i put it back in the tank. I've tried two more times, and have the same result each time. This is my first ball python, so i'm not sure what to do. It'll snap at my hand or in the direction of my face, but never actually connects. I've yet to be bitten by a ball python since this is my first, so i'm still a bit afraid of the bite, even though i know people say it doesn't really hurt. I took it out to feed it, and it ate. I fed it a frozen fuzzy mouse. The breeder said they are trying to wean it into hoppers, so i bought some frozen hopper mice. Its been a week tomorrow since it ate. So i was just wondering what i can do to get my snake more docile, because i've heard that they're very docile snakes.
