I need help people?

hey guys , i need some help , i am on my traini job n actually no body is givin me attention , i stay there for 10 hours n they sit with me for an hour maximum , now i am online but am not allowed to open all sites , all people there r busy n i cant talk to them ,, WHAT TO DOOO ,, I AM SICK OF SITTIN LIKE THIS ,, PLEASE HELP :(
