Should I buy the Canon 60d or Canon 7d?

I like the articulating screen of the 60d, think it's fairly fast. My kit lens is messed up. I ordered a new lens from Amazon, so now I know its not the camera that has the issue. So, what's to do? The company I ordered it from does not have another Canon 60d in stock. I ordered a 7d because I really thought the problem was with the camera. I can't tell a picture is blurred on the screen until I load it on my computer. I hate that! Great job, right? LOL I'm not a Canon person nor Nikon so if you have experience with a fast shooting Nikon feel free to discuss. I'm in love with Canon 7d, but I think it's quite expensive. I want to shoot motocross, my dog catching his frisbee, portraits, landscapes, and I love taking different angles. My debate is this~wait and see if the company I ordered it from can get more in stock and be without a camera or spend money out the wahzoo and keep the 7d. Your thoughts please. I am new at this, so please cut me a little slack. Please and thank you :D
