Is it nothing more than friends with benefits?

i jus met this guy. its a friends with benefits relationship but hes 5 years older than me. he even talked about it with me saying that we could be just friends but maybe something more than FWB. did he jus say that to get into my pants? bc we have long conversations on the phone every day, even when i told him i cant go see him that day he still talks to me and hates it when im about to hang up and he keeps asking me if im going to call him the next day but i never do so he just ends up calling me. is there a possibility that later he may hav feelings for me or is it a definite FWB????
