I need to kow how to make a poster bigger in the InDesign cs2?

Go to the File Menu-->Doent Setup. From the pop-up window, you can change the doent size and orientation. Once you're happy with that, click OK. and the page size will change to the new one. From there on, you'll need to scale/resize your text and objects to fit the new proportions. That's about it!
