Was Obama lucky or did he display mad skills again?

Clearly "average" is the operative word. Just to maintain jobs, we need about 100,000 new jobs a month. An increase of 36,000 is laughable and an incredibly bad joke to those who are unemployed and no longer counted because their government benefits have expired. Then there are the chronically unemployed who are too old and/or too unskilled to compete in the job market. The jobless rate is around 16%. Obama appeals to those who are locked in a partisan bubble or too dim to understand how inaffective his policies have been and how damaging his policies are to our future.
