So there's this guy...?

and he and i arent friends or anything like that and he was pissing me off one day last semester and i barked at him and no not i screamed at him i barked at him(like a dog).. well any way hes been barking at e and asking me really wierd questions about me... and we were in the library on fridayand he kept staring at me so i mouthed stop tarring and he puckerd his lips .... later he came into my gym cl and he was playing basket ball (badly) and my friend jodi said he sucked and he sad *yeahhh i do and Dustin likes it too* and after that he kept winking at me so i don t know if he's screwing with me or if he actually lkes me.... my friends think that he is bi but im not sure. Ok so this is like a two part question how do i find out if hes bi and whether or not he likes me
