How do I get the canadian residence?

Hi everybody, i recently got the canandian visa, and i would like to stay there but legally, do you know how can i get the canadian residence?, i have an uncle there who's gonna help me out, by giving me house, food and everything, but if you know any way to get the residence or a job or studying authorization, you will be really helping me and God is gonna bless you all. i'm sure. thank you and i'll wait for your answers.
