My cat got electrocuted?

A few minutes ago I just found one of our cats, dead laying on a wire. My dads girlfriend just sped off to the vet. The cat just died, no decomposition and I was playing with her just an hour ago. Can they still do CPR. If not, what will they do with her. Bury or cremate? or neither?
