Why do supporters of SB1070 say it's OK to shoot someones windows out that don't side with you on an issue?

It's part of the 2nd Amendment remedies Sharon Angle talks about. When you disagree with someone, and you lose an election, legislative vote or in court, you start shooting. The tea partyers are getting tired of bringing guns to rallies for nothing, i'm afraid they are going to start using them.
