I bought a car from Dar Cars and they sold me a faulty vehicle but I got a loan what can I do?

I bought a "trade in" from Dar cars (DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM) and exactly 30 days and 3 weeks past I had to get a jump start from a co-worker. The fan stays on hours after the car had been shut off it sounds almost like the engine is still running. So I call the con artist, Solomen who sold me the car but he says that I have to speak to the manager. He obviously already got his commission so he just wanted to brush me off. For some reason I kept getting transferred to the receptionist at which point I had to tell her this is serious! I want to speak to someone who can do more than take a message and transfer me! She gave me the number to Consumer Relations I spoke to some douchbag but he was on repeat cause all I got from his was "your warranty has expired, your warranty has expired, your warranty has expired." I get the thing about a warranty but this just isn't fair! I just switch jobs so I did not budget for $75.00 an hour diagnostic on a car that had exactly 60,030 miles on it when I got it. The same thing happened to me before when I bought from a private seller so at this point Id like to get rid of the car I honestly dint even want it anymore because Im afraid of the amount of money its gonna take to fix whatever is going on which has 61,651 after a month and 3 weeks. What can I do? is there any legal action I can take against them they're asking 75 dollars per hour to check it out! I feel like theyre takng advantage of me any advice? No rude comments please put yourself in my situation what would you do?
