When should I move out of home?

Hi, I'm 21 and my partner is 23, we both live at home. She's finished college and I finish shortly, about to start full-time work. We've been dating for several years and intend to move out together. I'm really scared about it because neither of us can cook, wash, iron etc (my dad can't do any of these things, I don't live with my mom and my stepmom and I don't get along well so I'd never ask her to teach me these things) and we're going into professional careers working 60+hr weeks so we'll probably be exhausted and won't have time for any of it, but I think it's probably time we move out soon-ish (within next 2 years) so we can get a bit more privacy in our relationship and so we can be more independent. But my dad has pleaded with me to stay at home longer (he's having serious troubles at home with my stepmom, I'm really his only source of support and guidance) - he also thinks I'm too young and it's best financially for us to stay at home as long as viable, he says he has absolutely no issues with letting my girlfriend and I have privacy when we want it. When should we move out? And how can I learn these basic tasks?
