How can I eat healthy fast food?

I have cut my fast food intake in half. Usually, it's very convenient for me to get fast food, but when I have time, I'll cook something at the house. I'm a picky eater, but I can get grilled chicken at fast food. I love taco bell, and usually get chicken tacos instead of beef. Their chicken is grilled. At Subway, I'll get like a meatball marinera sub or buffalo chicken with ranch? Are those healthy subs. I'm picky and don't like salads. I don't like all the vegies on the different types of subs at subway. I do like plain green beans, peas, and corn that I can make at the house. Are wendy's new natural cut fries healthier than the regular french fries like at mcdonalds or burger king? I can always substitute a baked potato. Is dirty rice healthy for you from Bojangles? I know the grilled chicken is better than the fried chicken, but is fried chicken still healthy? I'm just trying to get as creative as I can eating fast food, but I'm picky when it comes to salads and the different veggies at subway, and yogurt parfet's at mcdonalds. Am I doing good so far with my list? Any information on creative ways to eat healthy at fast food will be helpful. I never eat chocolate or candy, and drink a lot of orange juice and milk or kool aid, but I will have soda every other day. Thanks.
